Operating Principle:
Vacuum drying means to put raw material under the state of vacuum for heating and drying.If vacuum is used to pump air and humidity out,the dry speed will be faster.
Note:If condenser is used,the solvent in raw material can be recycled.If the solvent is water,condenser might be removed in order to save the investment and energy.
Feature:
Under the condition of vacuum,the boiling point of material solution will decrease,driving force of the evaporator increases.Therefore,a certain amount of heat transfer area reduces.
The heat source of evaporation may be low pressure steam or surplus heat steam.
Heat Losses of evaporator reduce.
Disinfection can be done before drying process.No impurities will be mixed in during drying process.It meets the GMP standard. Static vacuum drier eliminates the configuration damage of the drying materials.It’s therefore widely used in such field as
